DAY 18 - Thursday August 8th
Info: Finally was able to get some food cooked so I
wasn't scrambling around for good food to eat. Starting to get more
compliant with the template as well, still had a few misses, but a lot
better.
Food Log:
Breakfast: Almonds, dried apricots, green beans
Lunch: Chicken salad, avocado, romaine lettuce and salsa
Dinner: chicken breast, almonds, and green beans
Snack: none
Exercise log: none
