DAY 71 - Monday September 30th
Info: Back to the daily grind today, which actually means it's back to easy time as far as the Whole360 goes. It makes it easier to plan meals, make the food and stay n track because I know what is going to happen, and when. Seems silly to want to be back to the daily grind but in a controlled environment it is a lot easier to plan things and make sure they go the way I want them to. Although I do love things out of the norm, sometimes it is hard to plan food and meals (For example my meals over the last weekend were not at certain times like they usually are, sometimes the space between the meals was far too long)

Exercise log: 40 pushups, 250 squats, 100 leg lifts (day 30 of 30) Now that this workout is done, will be heading to the gym and starting other fitness items.
I would also really like to join a Crossfit gym, they have amazing results, just can't afford $175 a month, so will be looking to build my own here and there and doing a lot of Crossfit type workouts, from previous experience I know my body responds very well to these workouts,
