DAY 75 - Friday October 4th


Info: Had some website issues over the weekend, so I apologize that these updates didn't come at you all in real time like they normally do. Think I got it all straightened out, so shouldn't have any more issues.

Food Log: 

Breakfast:
Salmon cakes with cayenne OOM, green beans, and a few almonds


Lunch: Chicken salad with romaine, guacamole, and habanero salsa.


Dinner: Hamburger patties with green beans, and black olives. Mustard and OOM

Snack: none
