DAY 74 - Thursday October 3rd
Info: Odd food day, don't have much cooked so tossing things together to make meals, they are compliant, but some of the combos I came up with are kind of odd lol.

Food Log:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, green beans, green and castlevetrano olives
Lunch: Chicken salad with romaine, guacamole, and habanero salsa.
Dinner: Salmon cakes with cayenne OOM, green beans, and a few almonds
Snack: none
Exercise log: 25 push-ups
