DAY 95 - Thursday October 24th

All ready to head out to New Mexico for the state IDPA match. Have our food cooked and packed so hopefully that makes things a lot easier!

Breakfast:
Chicken breast, green beans, 14 almonds for fat. Also covered chicken in Herdez green salsa (Sugar free, gluten free


Lunch: SF Sausages, canned spinach, stone ground mustard, and 14 almonds for fat

 
Dinner:  SF sausages, Paleo Slaw, 14 pecans.

   
Snack: none
