DAY 87 - Wednesday October 16th

Today was pretty good, back is recovering quickly with the help of stretching...guess I should keep doing that in the future lol. Sorry no pictures, for some reason the site won't let me add and edit pics right now.

Food Log: 

Smoked oysters, green beans, 14 almonds

Lunch: 6oz sirloin steak, and 3or so cups of broccoli. 14 almonds

Dinner:  Coco wrap burrito with hamburger and romaine, extra salad with romaine, cayenne OOM and hamburger.

Snack: none

Exercise log: None - Back feels a lot better today, will attempt to get back in the gym tomorrow. Still doing stretching though, which I think is helping the back improve greatly.
