DAY 82 - Friday October 11th
Info: Tried a new thing tonight, sweet and fish together. Turned out really well, definitely will be making my Coconut Tilapia again! Came down with a nasty cold today too, yay me! Hopefully it's gone by Monday so my workout doesn't make my head explode....

Food Log:
Breakfast: 3 meat beanless chili, green beans, and olives.
Lunch: Iceberg salad (I know its all I had!!) with pork loin, 3 meat beanless chili, and a bunch of hot sauce. 14 almonds for fat.
Dinner: Coconut crusted Tilapia, green beans and 14 almonds.
Snack: none
Exercise log: T minus 2 days until I begin to work my A** off in the gym and at home!
