DAY 167 - Saturday January 4th
Info: Breakfast was hilarious, was waiting for friends to come over to ride down to the AdvoCare success school, didn't have time so it was improvised very quickly......and it met the template! I was eating a can of oysters when they showed up.....they thought my food choice was interesting to say the least....

Dinner was very breakfasty.... |
Breakfast: Smoked oysters in olive oil, 2 or so cups of raw spinach, kalamata olives
Lunch: Large Romaine and spinach salad with sun dried tomato, kalamata olives, onion, egg, steak, olive oil and balsamic dressing
Dinner: 3 egg and fresh spinach omelet with onions and kalamata olives, fresh sauteed spinach and a few extra olives on the side. 14 almonds.
Snack:
none
Exercise log: Came up with this WOD and called it 100's, after I was done with it I wanted to call it every name in the book.....this one really SUCKED..... (The lunges were 20 per leg, just an FYI.)
