DAY 165 - Thursday January 2nd



   
Info: Busy busy day today, which included work (of course) and then an event at my house, which left little time for much else. I didn't eat dinner until after 10pm, which I hate doing, but sometimes that's how it goes.



Food Log: 


Dinner Collaboration.
Breakfast: Seasoned ground beef, Paleo Slaw, and Paleo broccoli salad.

    
Lunch: Chili/Cumin steak, and mushrooms all sauteed in clarified butter, Paleo broccoli salad.


Dinner: Spinach salad with chicken breast, kalamata olives OOM/hot sauce dressing, Paleo Broccoli salad.



Snack: none


Exercise log: Other than lugging around 800lb drums at work most of the day, I took a rest day, had an event after work, and by the time it was done it was almost 10:30pm, so skipped the WOD for today.
