DAY 166 - Friday January 3rd
Info: Yay the weekend is here, 1 day closer to the AdvoCare Sucess school! I'll get in to that more in the coming posts, but its something we have been looking forward to for a while now!
Food Log:
Breakfast: Seasoned ground beef on Paleo slaw, with a few kalamata olives.

Lunch: Steak street tacos with onions, cilantro, fresh salsa and avocado, all wrapped up in romain lettuce.
Dinner: Spinach salad with chicken breast, bacon, kalamata olives OOM/hot sauce dressing, Paleo Broccoli salad and Plaeo slaw all mixed together
Snack:
none
Exercise log: Did a scaled "Fran" tonight, which if you don't know what "Fran" is, it's one of the most famous CrossFit workouts out there. "Fran" to a CrossFitter is like Starbucks is to coffee......And I will say this....Fran as we so affectionately call her......is a bitch.
