Follow along with me as I turn 15 years of treating my body like garbage into something good. The first year is in the books, and I am moving on to maintaining a healthy diet (Paleo) and focusing on fitness.I am making my body healthy again and hopefully along the way offering inspiration for others who have decided to make a change in their lives as well.
