DAY 155 - Monday December 23rd
Info: Yeah so sore is one description, and what I feel is another. It....hurts....to....move..... LOL But its a good hurt. And really what did I expect after not doing much other than being a bump on a log for the past few months? Back at it again tonight though, sore or not!
Lunch: Hamburger patty, romaine salad with OOM/hot sauce dressing, 2 pear halves.
Dinner: Seasoned ground beef, Paleo Slaw, and guacamole, covered with Franks Red hot.
Snack: none
Exercise log: New WOD posted below, this one was even more torture than yesterday's, because #1 my legs felt like they were going to fall off, and #2my whole body has been thrashed now!
