DAY 138 - Friday December 6th
Info: Getting more food prepared so I am not just throwing things together last minute, its been crazy since I got back to CO so food has been kind of grab this grab that. Staying clean, just not the most "planned" meals.
Breakfast: Sausage, green beans, black olives
Lunch: Sausage, smoked oysters in olive oil, Romaine salad with OOM/hot sauce dressing
Dinner: 4 eggs, bacon, salad with OOM dressing and hot sauce
Snack: none
Exercise log: none
