DAY 139 - Saturday December 7th


Info:
Getting more food prepared so I am not just throwing things together last minute, its been crazy since I got back to CO so food has been kind of grab this grab that. Staying clean, just not the most "planned" meals.

Food Log: 


Breakfast: Eggs, homemade sausage, grilled onion, covered with verde tomatillo salsa, and a few carrots.

Lunch:
Same as breakfast (what can I say it was AMAZING!)

Dinner: Roast beef, turkey, carrots, celery, broccoli, and cauliflower.

Snack: none
 

Exercise log:
25 air squats, 20 kettlebell swings
