DAY 151 - Thursday December 19th
Info:  Sorry all got a little behind on the updates, with running back and forth from the hospital, work, and getting ready for Christmas, I have found that I sit down to relax a bit at 11pm, and poof I fall asleep.....weird huh? Anyways I'll get you all updated, and AND I will be getting some of those recipes up this weekend!

Food Log: 

Breakfast: Steak, Cauliflower mashed, almond butter.

Lunch: Buffalo wings (Franks Red Hot, and clarified butter), celery, carrots.

Dinner: Bacon wrapped steak, Paleo slaw, olives

Snack: none

Exercise log: none
