DAY 152 - Friday December 20th
 
Info:  Worked a long shift at work today and then had our work Christmas dinner afterwards. Ted's Montana grill was very accommodating to my style of eating, not a bad place to eat. Sorry no pictures again today, they will be back again soon!


Food Log: 

Breakfast: Steak and cauliflower mashed, almond butter for fat.


Lunch: Seasoned ground beef, spinach, and artichokes. Pepitas for fat.



Dinner:
Bison steak with steamed broccoli and green beans. Almond butter later on at home for fat.



Snack: none


Exercise log: none
