IW360 - Day 29 Monday Aug 3rd

Info: Gonna keep trying to get caught up on these, but this is a first for Whole360 updates are coming in remotely from Quincy Illinois! Im out here for the next 5 days for USPSA Nationals. I will share some of that as well with you all...even though it's not Paleo it is a LOT of fun!



MMMM Greek Salad!


Food Log:

Breakfast:  Eggs and hot sauce
 
Lunch: Greek salad with baba ganouj, mushrooms, onions, cilantro dressing (cilantro and oil)

Dinner:  Soy free tuna mixed with avocado mayo, green olives and black olives
 
Snack:  none


Exercise: 

25 x 3 sets of situps
25 x 3 sets of pushups

DAY 29 COMPLETE
