Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausage, and asparagus.
Lunch: Buffalo chicken thighs and asparagus, 12 olives for fat
Dinner: Blackened chicken breast with pan charred Brussels sprouts ( I am addicted to pan charred Brussels sprouts right now!)
Snack: none
Exercise Log: More dry fire!
