Sorry for the delay on the updates, I had to travel to Michigan for work, and this platform isn't user friendly on an IPAD. My laptop died so alas I had to take break from posting.
I will get caught up today with the updates, and start rolling out those recipes I promised!

Follow along with me as I turn 15 years of treating my body like garbage into something good.
