DAY 92 - Monday October 21st

Was talking with a friend on Facebook and he was celebrating his 2 year Paleo way of life, and remembering what it was like before that, he has lost 45-50 lbs and changed his life quite a bit since the caveman has come knocking at his door. That's awesome! He is also the one that turned me on to the Paleo diet, and such wonders as Robb Wolf, Matt LaLonde, Mark Sisson, and many others. If you don't know who these people are, I suggest you hop on Google and check them out. Not only do they have hours of valuable listening and reading material available, some of them have really cool hair *coughMattLaLondecough* Yep I just went there.........Oh yeah and thanks Jared Reece for getting me started on this "thing" as I used to call it. It has definitely changed my life as well!

Food Log: 


Breakfast: SF Sausage, green beans, 14 almonds

Lunch: Taco salad with ground beef, carrots, mushrooms, onion, romaine, iceberg,black olives and of course a gallon of hot sauce

Dinner: Hamburger patty, and seasoned ground beef (Yes I topped a beef patty with taco meat!) green beans, 14 pecans, and a lot of hot sauce.

Snack: none
