DAY 72 - Tuesday October 1st


Info:
Mellow days for the next few, resting up my back so I make sure I don't pull something when I go get my Arnold on HAHA. Still feeling great and have found a new love for Salmon cakes LOL

Food Log:

Breakfast:
4 egg omelet with onion, black olives, jalapenos, and pork loin. Doused in salsa


Lunch: Steak salad with Olive oil, salsa and avocado


Dinner: Salmon cakes with romaine salad, and Moroccan dipping sauce (Olive oil, spices and fresh cilantro. Another Well Fed Recipe, which I will be posting soon!)


Snack: none
