Info: Sorry for the delay again all, these updates got way behind. Went out of town to shoot the Rocky Mountain 300 USPSA match and did not have computer access. Finally back in town and caught up so I can get these updated. They will be coming fast and furious and likely not too interesting. Sorry in advance, I only got a few pictures while out on the road.
Food Log:
Breakfast: 5 egg omelet with onion and broccoli
Lunch: Chicken breast, pineapple, side salad
Dinner: Chicken salad with OOM/salsa dressing and black olives
Snack:
Exercise: 100 bicep curls @ 45lbs - just messing around really and wanted to see if I could do it lol
