IW360 - Day30  Tuesday Aug 4th

Info: Forgot to get pictures today, its ok it wasn't that interesting, although tomorrow I'll have some cool pics....I fired up the Whole360 recipe for Pickled eggs! Oh yeah almost forgot, today is 1 month in! 11 to go!






Food Log:

Breakfast:  Banana and almonds
 
Lunch: Non breaded chicken wings, carrot sticks and celery

Dinner:  Coconut wrap burritos - with grass fed beef and romaine lettuce
 
Snack:  none


Exercise: 

50 x 3 sets of body weight squats
 10 x 3 sets of "trainer" Captains of Crush grip strength trainers
10 x 3 sets expansion band grip strengtheners

DAY 30 COMPLETE
