Info: Today seemed like a blur which is good but I literally felt like I had time for nothing. Missed my workout tonight which pissed me off, but not much I can do when its go go from 6am - 11pm. I was so beat I doubt my workout would have been worth much anyway.
Food Log:
Breakfast: Eggs doused in hot sauce
Lunch: Ground beef taco salad with mixed greens lettuce. Hot sauce for dressing
Dinner: More chicken with carrot sticks ( I bulk cooked a lot of chicken lol)
Exercise:
None - failed on this part of the challenge, but I am going to continue working out daily, just because I missed an extra day doesn't mean I should give up!
